Location: Melkoniementie 1300, 59210 Melkoniemi (Parikkala), on the shore of Lake Simpelejärvi.

Main building: 2 bedrooms + living room and kitchen + WC/shower + sauna + glazed terrace.

Yard area: Separate outdoor sauna with bedroom and sunken hot tub on the terrace, and a versatile summer kitchen (built-in stove/oven, open fireplace, gas grill, refrigerator).

Equipment: Television, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, complete set of dishes for 10 people, and other modern amenities (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, etc.).

Sleeping places: Total 3+3+2 beds + sofa bed + extra mattresses if necessary.

For children: Swing, sandbox, trampoline and shallow, child-friendly sandy beach.

Water: Tank water comes from the water cooperative. The lake has an excellent fish population (zander, pike, perch). Rowing boat in use.

Connections: Telephone and internet connections work well thanks to the proximity of the telecommunications mast.

Pets: Allowed for an additional fee (50 €).

Activities and services:

Enjoy memorable fishing experiences or book a guided fishing trip. Good berry and mushroom picking terrains are nearby, guided trips are also possible. There are also several attractions in the area, such as the Statue Park, Siikalahti, Punkaharju, Savonlinna, the Forest Museum, Hiitolanjoki and the Kollaa and Simo Häyhä Museum.

Weekend: 600 €

Additional fees:

Lot: 100 €/weekend, 150 €/week.

Motorboat (Trapper V370 + 10 hp Honda): 30 €/day + petrol or 150 €/week + petrol.

Linen: 15 €/person.

Final cleaning: 120 € (you can also do it yourself).
